How It Works

+Modern school portraits with Rebecca Hunnicutt Photography capture unique, fun, and natural imagery for your students and staff, showcasing their true personalities.

+A landing page will be provided for the caregivers of your students to visit and learn the details of their student’s picture day, including what not to wear, and how to prepare their students for picture day. A PDF handout can be customized for your school to hand out or hang and display as well. Check out the current school pre-picture day information page.

+On picture day, each student will spend approximately one-two minutes (based on students age) with the photographer so that a variety of images can be created in both vertical and horizontal orientation and with a mix of expressions and crops.

+Ordering does not occur until after the images have been taken and the galleries are delivered to the school and families.

+Links will be sent home via email for families/caregivers to access their individual password protected online gallery. Each gallery will include watermarked, edited proofs, with multiple poses and expressions, in both color and black and white. You can visit a recent gallery delivery page here.

+Galleries can be shared with other family members (ie Grandparents) and friends for individual ordering and enjoyment of the photos.

+Payments are made securely online without the need for paper order forms [paper ordering can be done if needed on a case by case basis].

+Print & product orders will be hand delivered to the school, or families can self pay for direct to home shipping as needed. Digital files are delivered to the families via email for direct download right after purchase so they can archive the images for safe keeping.

+Class group photos or composites are also be available, and can be purchased by parents as a print. We will plan this based on your needs.

Other Services For Your School

+I take staff photos and offer the high resolution files (one per staff member) for download to the school and staff.

+I personally handle all ordering and product questions directly with families, making the process as easy for school staff as possible.

+The school is provided with high resolution files that can be utilized for school purposes, such as advertising, on the school website, for yearbooks, ID’s, Synergy, or any ways the school would like to use the images internally.

+ Are the print and digital products expensive?

No payments are made before families view their child’s online gallery, and the prices are quite competitive. I offer à la carte pricing as well as multiple packages which are of great value.

+ What is the best time of year for school photos?

I work with each school to determine the best time of year for their community. I’m able to customize the schedule based on each school’s schedule and unique needs. Most schools select fall, spring, or both for their picture days.

+ How many students can you work with?

I’m able to work with both large and small school groups and a variety of ages. I customize the schedule based on the age of your students, and size of the student body. For example, I need additional time for the photos of 1 year old preschoolers compared to 15 year old high school students.
