Why I recommend maternity photos to my clients

I strongly believe that every expectant mother should have a maternity session scheduled to celebrate that life you are are growing. Being pregnant isn’t easy, it’s hard work! And there are so many less than ideal/photo worthy moments during those 40 weeks. But taking the time to celebrate your pregnancy is something that no mom will regret.
Here are 5 reasons why I believe you should schedule a maternity photo session

Pregnancy isn’t easy, but you are growing a little human! Celebrate this short lived miraculous time in your life with a photo session.
This is a gift to the child you are carrying
The photos that you take while pregnant will be heirloom treasures for your baby. They will want to see when they were inside your womb when they are children, and later when they’re becoming parents themselves. Having these photos to share with them will be a true gift.
Capture the now of your family dynamic
Whether this is your first pregnancy or you already have children, your family dynamic is going to change. Take the time to document the quiet moments of you and your spouse awaiting the arrival of your first born. Also celebrate your children with your bump. When they pat the baby, read to them, or give them kisses, these are moments to treasure before adding another kiddo to your family. Seeing a mom holding a toddler with her baby bump just melts my heart every time.
